How support works
Our agent-assisted inbox, GABRIEL, helps triage messages and prepare replies. Replies require operator approval. Our privacy policy explains the 12-month retention period after a thread closes and the temporary mailbox copy until November 17, 2026.
Privacy, legal and security requests
Use the same contact address for privacy requests, legal notices, complaints and security reports. For a security report, use the subject “Security report” and describe the affected page and issue. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or private credentials. Avoid sending personal information about children.
Free session and guide
For the free session, check for Kit’s confirmation email and your spam folder, then confirm your signup. Contact us if the sample is missing. The $9 Advent with the Masters guide is coming soon through Gumroad. Once purchased, include the order reference if you need delivery or refund help; do not send full payment details.
